Moon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 egg whites
    6 egg yolks
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream butter well; add sugar gradually.
    Add egg yolks and beat well.
    Add flour and baking powder a little at a time and blend well with lemon juice.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in well-greased and floured jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Cut with water glass into moon shapes.
