Grape Hull Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grape pulp
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 custard pie shells
Preparation
    Wash grapes.
    Pop with fingers, separating pulp and skin into two bowls.
    Place skins in pot.
    Cover with water; boil until tender.
    Boil pulp about 5 minutes.
    Pour in strainer; mash with spoon to get seeds out when skin is tender.
    Add pulp, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, sugar and butter.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour in number 2 pie shells.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is brown.
    Makes 2 pies.
