Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients; beat well.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients to the flour mixture and beat well.
    Fill muffin cups 1/3 full with chocolate batter; top with heaping teaspoonfuls of cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with granulated sugar and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 18 cupcakes.
