Chicken Almond Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. diced white chicken, cooked
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
    English muffins
    Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Blend and cook until bubbly.
    Add milk slowly and stirring constantly.
    Simmer until thickened.
    Add the chicken, mushrooms and almonds.
    Spoon mixture over warmed English muffins; top with grated Swiss cheese.
    Put under broiler to melt cheese.
