Meat Loaf With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can French fried onions
6 red potatoes
1 pkg. Green Giant broccoli, red peppers and corn
Preparation

Combine meat, salt, egg, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, seasoning and 3/4 cup onion rings.
Form loaves.
Place potatoes around loaves.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, then place vegetables around meat.
Stir and combine with potatoes.
Top meat with rest of tomato sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
Add remaining onion rings the last 10 minutes, uncovered.
