Harvest Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sweet potatoes
nuts and raisins (optional)
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients.
Drain sweet potatoes and beat with mixer.
Add liquid and dry ingredients to sweet potato puree and blend well.
Add nuts or raisins.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Ice with cream cheese icing or other white icing.
