Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    3 or 4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Peel and slice zucchini; take out seeds.
    Boil until tender; drain and put in unbaked pie shell.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over zucchini in pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
