Hot Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium to large tomatoes
2 large onions
2 sweet bell peppers
2 c. chopped hot peppers (chili, jalapeno or habaneros)
2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar or honey
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Simmer for 2 to 3 hours until desired thickness is obtained. Pour into hot jars and seal.
(Be warned that this is hot and spicy; 1 cup of chopped hot peppers can be used to \"mild\" it down.)
