Low Calorie Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 qt. water
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 lb. carrots, chopped
    2 c. green beans, drained
    4 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook until carrots are tender, about 1 hour.
