Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. regular rice, uncooked
    1 can tomato soup (11 oz.)
    1/2 soup can water
    1 can stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Spread cabbage on bottom of 3-quart greased casserole.
    Brown beef and onion in a little oil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add rice, spread over cabbage.
    Pour soup, tomatoes and water over beef, rice and cabbage.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
