Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Cut potatoes into 8 pieces; place, skin side up, onto cookie sheet.
    Brush with vegetable oil; sprinkle with dry mixture.
    Broil at 550\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn over, brush with oil and sprinkle rest of dry mixture.
    Broil for 5 more minutes.
