Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped spinach
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 pkg. grated Cracker Barrel cheese
Preparation
    Mix spinach, cream of potato soup and beaten eggs.
    Put in a 2-quart greased baking dish.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
