Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 c. minced onion
2 c. cream (whipping or light)
1/8 tsp. red pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
4 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry (Pillsbury Ready Crust). Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Slightly beat eggs.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour cream mixture into pie plate.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Bake for 30 minutes longer at 300\u00b0 or until knife comes clean when inserted 1-inch from edge. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
