Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti or vermicelli
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
4 large chicken breasts, cooked
2 c. Parmesan cheese (for topping)
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Break spaghetti into 1-inch pieces.
Cook and then drain. Don't overcook.
Remember, you will be baking in oven for additional cooking time.
Saute mushrooms in butter then remove the skin and bones from the cooked chicken breasts.
Next, cut chicken into large bite-sized pieces and mix with the sauteed mushrooms and mix with the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT PARMESAN.
