Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    5 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Boil sweet potatoes 20 minutes or longer until done.
    Place them in a large mixing bowl and add butter, sugar and eggs.
    Beat slowly.
    Add milk and extracts; stir until firm and pour in 3 (9-inch) pastry shells.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    (You can use 2 deep dish pie shells.)
