Special Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot sweet potatoes, mashed
1/3 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients:
sweet potatoes, margarine and sugar.
Then beat in eggs and milk.
Pour into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
