Peachy Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
3 1/4 oz. box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar + 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
Preparation

Beat first 5 ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into greased pie plate.
Place sliced peaches on top.
Cream together in a small bowl for 2 minutes, cream cheese, peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
Spoon over peaches, leaving 1-inch bare outside edge.
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Topping will be soft until cool.
Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
