Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, sharp)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium chopped onion or 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain well.
    Place broccoli on flat 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Mix all other ingredients except crackers and pour over broccoli.
    Mix well.
    Melt 1 stick margarine.
    Mix in cracker crumbs and sprinkle atop casserole. Bake for 30 minutes on 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
