Mom'S Pineapple Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk, plus little more
pie crust for 10-inch pie
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients on low heat until thickened.
Put aside.
Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs (add one at a time).
When creamed together, add milk, beating slowly.
Once mixed in, add pineapple mixture and mix by hand.
Then add to crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until top is nice and brown.
