Hamburger Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation
    Brown first 3 ingredients and drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes and add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Serve in a chafing dish with Mexican (tostados) chips.
