Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz. each) cans crescent rolls
    1 c. salad dressing
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch Style dressing mix (pt. size)
    2 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. broccoli
    3/4 c. carrots
    1/2 green pepper
    3/4 c. cauliflower
    1/2 c. green onion
    1 c. tomato
Preparation
    Crust:
    Unroll and press dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until nicely brown.
    Cool.
