Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
finely chopped nuts (almonds)
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks, one at a time and beat.
Add flavoring, cake flour, baking powder and salt. Press with hands in pan, 6 x 10-inch about 1/2-inch thick.
Spread over finely chopped nuts (almonds).
