Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 large can tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    butter or margarine
    flavored bread crumbs (like garlic)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place a layer of sliced eggplant on the bottom of a baking dish.
    Top with a layer of sliced tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter; salt and pepper to taste.
    Repeat with 3 or 4 layers of each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
