Mexicali Bean Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Big Johns beans (2 cans)
    3/4 c. peeled, chopped fresh tomatoes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped (1 medium)
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    up to 1/4 c. chopped jalapeno peppers or 1 Tbsp. picante
Preparation
    Put pork and beans in a 2-quart casserole.
    Very gently, stir in tomato, onion, cheese and peppers.
    Cover and bake 45
    minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove lid and bake, uncovered, for 15 more minutes.
