Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers and butter.
    Melt butter; mix well with crackers.
    Sprinkle cracker mixture on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
