Barbecue Baked Potatoes And Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium/large red potatoes
    butter (to taste)
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    garlic salt (to taste)
Preparation
    Scrub the potatoes; wipe dry.
    Rub generously with butter; add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Wrap potatoes twice in aluminum foil.
    Place on the grill for approximately 50 minutes or until they are soft.
    After about 35 minutes, move away from the hot coals.
    Serves six.
