Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of mixer until well blended. Add egg and beat until blended.
    Combine flour, salt and soda. Add creamed mixture at low speed.
    Mix just until blended.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
