Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    flour
    eggs
    grated cheese
    parsley
    basil
    tomato sauce
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant very very thin (less than 1/4-inch). Dip eggplant in flour, then egg mix (eggs, cheese, parsley and basil).
    Lightly oil a cookie sheet.
    Place slices on cookie sheet and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 10 minutes, turn and bake 10 minutes.
    Remove eggplant and layer in casserole with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
