Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. wine
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    3 medium onions, sliced
    3 green bell peppers, sliced
    1 block Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Boil chicken. Remove meat from bone and cube. Melt butter in a skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, wine and spices. Saut until tender. Add chicken. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Place a small amount of mixture in a warm tortilla. Top with cheese and picante sauce. Roll up.
