Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 medium size onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook chicken, debone and reserve 2 cups of broth.
    Chop meat and set aside.
    Melt butter in large skillet, saute celery and onion; add all ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and top with stuffing prepared according to the package.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
