Tuna-Tomato Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-large tomatoes
    9 oz. can tuna (in oil)
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    lettuce leaves and parsley for garnish
Preparation
    With stem end down, cut each tomato into six wedges, cutting to but not through base of tomato.
    Spread wedges apart slightly. Chill.
