Round Steak With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small minced onion
    1 Tbsp. catsup or tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 - 8 oz. can mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute meat in butter. Add onion, drained mushrooms, catsup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve with rice.
