Tuna Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat; stir in milk.
    Heat just to boiling, stirring and cook 1 minute.
    Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Add tuna and spinach.
    Mix well.
    Add cooked noodles.
    Spread in ungreased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
