Zucchini Bars Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and oregano
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Add Bisquick to beaten eggs; stir.
    Add remaining ingredients. Gently fold in zucchini.
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan; spread evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes (preheat oven).
    Cut into squares.
