Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Let cool and peel.
    Add butter, salt and pepper.
    Combine and mix ingredients.
    Put into baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
    Pour heavy cream over potatoes and butter mixture.
    Let stand about 20 minutes.
    Bake at 175\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
