Savory Stuffed Manicotti Shells - cooking recipe

1 lb. Ground beef
1 pkg. Sloppy Joe seasoning
1 x 6 oz. Can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. Water
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown the beef and drain off the fat. Combine Sloppy Joe seasoning, tomato paste and water. Stir half the sauce into the meat. Cook 8 Manicotti shells as package directs, pour enough sauce into a shallow baking dish to cover the bottom. Fill shells with meat and put into the baking dish.
Top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c.
gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.
