Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cold water
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, pudding mix and poppy seed.
    In a small bowl combine eggs, water and oil.
    Mix and add to dry mixture.
    Beat 5 minutes at high speed.
    Pour into well-greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 30 minutes.
    Invert pan onto plate and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
