Homemade Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    9 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
    Stir well. Sift into large bowl.
    Mix shortening in with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
    Store in closed container. Does not need to be refrigerated.
    Yield: 13 cups of mix.
