Skillet Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium zucchini
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. whole oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
Preparation

Slice zucchini about 1/4-inch thick (do not peel).
In large frying pan, saute garlic in oil for about 3 minutes.
Add zucchini; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in a mixture of parsley, oregano, salt, sugar and pepper.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes more, or until tender.
