Low-Cal New England Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey kielbasi
    potatoes for four
    carrots for four
    1 medium cooking onion
    1/2 medium size cabbage
Preparation
    Put all items in baking dish.
    Place one tablespoon flour over items.
    Cover with water.
    Cook in conventional oven or crock-pot.
    Season to taste.
