Fast Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add remaining ingredients. Knead dough about 25 times on floured board.
    Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and cover.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
