Brown Sugar And Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. soft butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Cream sugar, shortening and egg together.
    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
    Blend in the water until the batter is mixed thoroughly but not overbeaten. Blend topping ingredients until crumbly.
    Put paper liners in 12 muffin cups and fill with batter.
    Sprinkle topping evenly over muffins.
    Bake for about 25 minutes.
