Fire And Velvet Zinger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot breakfast sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green or red pepper, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    8 oz. elbow macaroni or small bow ties
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown the sausage, onion and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, uncooked macaroni, sour cream, milk, sugar, salt and chili powder.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until the macaroni is tender. It should still be a little saucy and soupy. Serves 4.
