Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 small onion, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped fresh coriander
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except coriander.
    Cover and refrigerate, if desired.
    Stir in coriander just before serving.
