Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. small elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
6 oz. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
slices of pizza toppings (sausage, salami, olives, anchovies, etc.)
Preparation

Brown crumbled beef and onion together in two 9-inch pie pans in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Stir occasionally.
Spread cooked macaroni over meat mixture.
Pour on 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce and water. Sprinkle on seasonings and toss all together lightly. Top with cheese and choice of toppings.
Pour on remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
