Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    paprika, to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook the onion in butter until tender (about 8-10 minutes).
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended smooth.
    Pour the milk in 1/4 cup increments, allowing the mix to wholly absorb the milk before adding the next 1/4 cup.
    Continue adding milk until you are comfortable with the thickness, and beware of allowing it to become too thin!
