Basic Fritter Batter For Deep Fat Frying - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Put eggs in small mixing bowl and beat for 1 minute.
    Add milk, flour, baking powder, salt and shortening.
    Fry clams, scallops, crabs or your choice of seafood in fat for 2 to 3 minutes at 400\u00b0.
