Fry Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cut-up boned chicken
1 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 lb. chopped, fresh Oriental vegetables
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. sesame seed
1 can water chestnuts, drained
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil.
Whip egg and add to chicken.
Stir constantly until cooked.
Add in vegetables and soy sauce.
Stir constantly.
Add in ginger, sesame and water chestnuts.
Stir. Serve over rice.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6, depending on actual quantity of rice and vegetables.
