Gourmet Ole Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. Lawry's taco spices and seasonings
    1/4 c. ketchup
    Monterey Jack cheese slices
    salsa
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine ground beef, taco spices and ketchup; blend well.
    Shape into patties.
    Grill or broil burgers 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
    Top each burger with a slice of cheese.
    Return to heat until cheese melts.
    Top with salsa, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
