Sauerkraut Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
    salt
    plenty of water (water to make dough easy to handle)
Preparation
    Cook meat until tender; pour sauerkraut into broth and meat. Cook for 15 minutes.
    Make dumplings; roll out, cut and drop into boiling broth.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until dumplings are done.
    You may use a little more water for drop dumplings.
